Seller offering a 1965 Cadillac Fleetwood with a reported 76,000 original miles for $11,500. Very nice survivor, seller says it has few dings or scratches for a 50+ year old vehicle. Original interior is pristine. Includes original owner’s manual and protect-o-plate. Seller says it runs and drives like new. Seller has receipts for over $10,000 in recent repairs/service.
1965 was the first year of the 133′ wheelbase on a stretched GM C-body platform. The entire vehicle had been redesigned to make the car look longer and sleeker. Cadillac’s most exclusive offering at the time, two models of the Sixty Special were produced the Sixty Special ($6,378) and the Brougham ($6,695). The Fleetwood was equipped with a 7.0L V8 that produced 340 hp, 4-barrel carburetor, and three speed automatic. The Fleetwood Sixty-Special came standard with automatic level control, real wood trim, power windows, power ventilates, power front seats, and front and rear window folding center arm rests. The Brougham option included the new padded roof style. The Brougham typically had badging on the rear pillar (which doesn’t look to be included on this example).
