Seller offering a very rough, salvage titled, 1967 Ford Bronco “Sportsman Edition” for $1,000. Seller says they rescued the vehicle from a junkyard in Kansas and has a notarized bill of sale (no title). Includes a number of extra parts (you’ll need them) including a front end and two of the floor pan panels (you’ll need them). The unique feature to this example is the Sportsman Edition badging.
Since we are familiar with the early model Broncos, we are always interested to come across something new. A little sleuthing and we found out that the Sportsman Edition was likely a part of a special package offered by Ford dealerships in several states. Not a Ford factory option, this package reportedly included the extra badging, gun rack/fishing rod holder, roof rack, extra chrome, and possibly some other options like a CB radio mount (look under the dash)
Obviously, there isn’t much left with this truck. Rear fenders appear to have been cut at some point and a number of the parts are now in the rear of the rear. Obviously a lot of interest in what remains intact. This could either be a parts truck or a feasible restoration. Let’s hope it’s the later.
