Seller offering a 1969 Volkswagen Early Bay WindowBus with undisclosed miles for $10,000. Slightly modified, the vehicle has been lowered in the front and back (but not too much). Engine has been updated with new pistons, cylinders, and bearings. Includes trigger shifter, new shift rod bushings, nice roof rack, retro radio (not pictured) and new Falken tires. Seller says the exterior is far from perfect but overall interior is clean and runs good.
Introduced in 1967, the 2nd generation VW bus was slightly longer, heavier, and lost its split front window. The VW was made in a variety of styles from flat-bed trucks and panel vans to campers and the Samba style with windows intended for viewing the Alps.
This example has a sliding side door, two rows of bench seats, and captains chairs in the front. Appears to be complete – all trim, bumpers, and hubcaps appear to be complete. This 1969 Volkswagen Bus is for sale in Tecumseh, Kansas. Check out seller’s listing on Craigslist for full details and contact information.
