This engine was in the Ford lineup for 30 years and in addition to being known as a long-lasting, heavy-duty, and powerful towing and hauling engine, it was also popular for building dragsters. Used in police interceptors it could produce anywhere from 240-375 hp. While a reliable engine, it was not known for its fuel economy. Hence, two fuel tanks. Looks like a great cruiser for the town or country while still having some utility left. Lots of nostalgia for this era of trucks/SUVs. See full listing, pictures, and contact information on eBay.
