Seller offering a 2009 Nissan GT-R with 28,500 miles for $54,000. Not to be confused with the mere 350Z, the GT-R racks up some impressive performance numbers: 480-hp, 0-60 mph in 3.3 seconds, 1/4 mile top speed of 124 mph. The twin-turbo, twin-intercooler, twin-intake 3.8-liter V6 is matched with a dual-clutch 6-speed auto-manual transmission that includes paddle shifters and a launch control for off the line acceleration.
Some of the options on the GT-R are what give it a “cool” factor. Three switches on the center console dash allow the driver to adjust the transmission, ride, and handling. The transmission switch allows the driver to choose between “R” (racing), normal, or fully automatic shifting speeds. The damper switch again allows the driver to choose between the stiffest and cushiest ride. The damper switch adjust the Vehicle Dynamic Control (i.e. don’t try turning it off for the first time while doing a burn-out at Cars n’ Coffee).
The GT-R even gives the driver a number of performance data points via its dash monitor that includes water temperature, oil pressure, fuel consumption, steering angle, a g-force meter, and turbo boost. Yeah – that’s pretty cool. While there is certainly some argument about handling and style, it’s sub-$100k price tag in 2009 made it a very competitive alternative to Porsche. Yeah, it’s a Nissan and not a Porsche but we get the argument.
This example is in great condition. The exterior paint appears to be free from any dents or dings. The interior appears to be immaculate. The bulsters in the driver and passenger seats don’t show any wear. Seller says the vehicle comes with a clean CarFax. This 2009 Nissan GT-R is for sale in Shawnee, Kansas.
