Seller offering a 2013 Mercedes Benz G63 AMG with 53,684 miles on eBay with a buy-it-now price of $79,000. The G-wagon body style evokes a simpler time when things were boxier and military style vehicle made it to civilian showrooms. Not quite military grade – the US G-wagon has some more comforts and a bit nimbler (that’s an understatement). This example includes pear white exterior, black tinted windows, and 22″ AMG black wheels accented with red brake calipers. Interior is unique with a black and red leather. Normal wear, seller says the vehicle is super clean and pictures reflect that. Very few MSRP was over $130k. Although we are told one of the Kardashians drive a G-wagon on a regular basis – we still think its cool.
The 463 series G-Class was introduced in 1990 and continued production with few changes until 2018. Official sales began in the United States in 2002 with a list price of $75,000. The G63 improves upon the G550’s 4.0L V8 with a twin turbo 5.5L V8 which produces 536 hp (27 hp more than the G550) and 561 lb-ft of torque, a 0-60 time of 5 seconds flat, and a top governed speed of 130 mph (let’s remember this is a 4×4). While the performance and thundering exhaust let you know the G63 is there, it’s the G-wagon’s presence that is probably the most lasting. Boxy styling, tank-like doors, upright windshield, and rear tire carrier make the G-wagon look like something you could drive through a brick wall. With the AMG package, you can do it fast.
