UPDATE 9/26/18: Seller has updated their listing with additional details, some new photos and lowered price of $16,500 on this great FJ40. Check out seller’s listing on Craigslist.
7/19/18: Seller offering a 4×4 1968 Toyota FJ40 Land Cruiser with 132,200 miles for $18,500. Aftermarket lift, Warn locking hubs, 33″ polished aluminum American Racing rims, alpine stereo and speakers, and speakers on the roll bar. We like that the seller chose to maintain the integrity of the dash and put the stereo in the center console. Includes original straight 6 engine and 4 speed manual transmission. Seller says everything works, runs and drives great, including the PTO winch on the front. Note that most of the pictures are taken when the vehicle had its previous wheels.
The FJ40 was produced from 1960-1984. The “F” refers to the Type F engine, the “J” stands for jeep, the “40” refers to the displacement of the inline 6-cylinder engine. The FJ40 is synonymous with rugged go-anywhere quality. That includes UN peacekeepers in war-torn countries, crawling through mountain passes, and cruising city streets with a couple of people in the fold-down side rear seats. This 1968 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ40 is available for sale in Olathe, Kansas. Check out seller’s listing on Craigslist for full details and contact information.
